This OM (Officine Meccaniche) Leoncino Autocisterna of 1959 of Italian origin shows 77.242 km although this mileage cannot be justified (presence of a 5 digit counter). The seller indicates that the truck is in average general condition. This OM Leoncino truck came out of the factory with a tank installation and all the distributors and lubricant storage systems are still present. This vehicle has been restored 12 years ago and has been stored in a museum of Italian vehicles from the 30's to the 60's. It has been in a collection for 14 years. This tanker has been out of service for several years and needs to be restarted.
On the outside, the truck is in good condition. The paint in its red and yellow livery has only very few visible defects in the gallery. The exterior plastics and seals are in good condition, as are the headlights. The seller indicates that the chassis of this OM is in good condition.
The interior is in good condition and fully restored. The red vinyl upholstery has no tears or holes but shows very slight wear. The steering wheel and dashboard are in very good condition. The on-board instrumentation and electrical equipment are working normally.
The 4.5-liter 4-cylinder diesel developed 92 hp when it left the factory. The seller indicates that the mechanics are complete but that it would require a restart after a long stop, as well as the 5-speed manual transmission. The engine is fully original.
The truck has its 4 original rims in good condition, repainted in red, with old tires. The brakes need a general check-up after a long stop.
The seller is a professional located in Italy in Pescara (65125) and accepts visits during the sale. The vehicle is sold without documentation or license plate, so it must be re-registered. The museum, current owner of the truck, will be able to provide an invoice of sale.
