This 1990 VW Golf 2 GTI 16s shows 26 km, although this mileage is wrong due to the Digifiz meter renovation. The seller has owned this vehicle since 2007. The car has a valid Technical Inspection and has had some recent expenses. The vehicle has been immobilized for a few years.
On the outside, the paint in its black color (code LY9V) has visible defects in the gallery. The seller specifies that the right wing (before the wheel) was repaired 4 years ago due to corrosion. He adds that the vehicle has been repainted in the past. The sunroof seal needs to be replaced. The tiles are original and the optics are new (HELLA). The upholstery is in good condition but the driver's seat has some defects. The headliner has been covered several years ago by a saddler. The Digifiz speedometer has been renovated by a specialist 1 year ago. The speedometer does not work, the seller says that the problem would come from the wiring or the HALL transmitter which is located at the gearbox. The dashboard has been reassembled since the pictures.
The 1.8 liter 4 cylinder engine developed 139 hp when it left the factory. The seller indicates that the mechanics work normally. The seller indicates that the gears shift and lock normally, although he specifies that the synchronizers are worn. The clutch has been changed 15-20.000km ago. The seller recommends a standard revision.
The car has 4 BBS RM 15" wheels in 4x100 in good condition, with tires in good condition. The car brakes normally. The rear axle has been completely rebuilt (brakes, calipers, hubs, dust covers) and the deck has been sandblasted and repainted. The Silentblocs have been replaced by Powerflex. The front axle has not been rebuilt but some parts will be provided for sale (discs, pads, guides,...)
