This 206 GT is one of the 4000 copies produced by Peugeot in order to allow the homologation of the 206 in WRC. In particular, this series received the extended WRC bumpers to reach the regulatory 4 meters. The current seller acquired it in October 2017 and drove it for about 500 kilometers. The latter is putting it up for sale following a new automotive project. It has 190,500km on the odometer, a mileage that the seller estimates to be fair.

On the outside, this 206 GT is in average condition. Although the original grey paint is in good condition, the bodywork shows multiple dents. The main defects are on the doors, and to a lesser extent on the front wings. The two original bumpers, typical of the GT series, are in good condition. The seals and the exterior plastics are in average condition. The mirrors show some scratches, and the windscreen bay shows a strong discoloration. A "GT" plate is missing on the right door post. The seller notes that the car has never been in an accident to his knowledge.

The interior is in good overall condition and completely original. The driver's seat shows a tear on the seat leather and a burn mark on the alcantara. The passenger seat shows a round burn mark on the right backrest reinforcement and a slight play in the slide. Some impacts are visible on the alcantara of the glove box. The steering wheel and shifter show a patina consistent with the mileage. A modern car radio has been installed but the original one is provided. The on-board equipment and instrumentation are said to function normally.

The mechanics are in excellent condition. The previous owner, a mechanic by profession, has done a lot of work. In 2016 were replaced in particular the timing belt, engine mounts and water pump among other small maintenance. The technical control dating from October 2017 is clean and will be re-passed before the sale. The 4 cylinder 2l 16 valves developed 137hp when it left the factory. Only a Remus exhaust muffler and intake pipe differ from the original (original intake pipe provided). The plastic engine cover is missing. The seller indicates that the engine seems to have full power, and that everything works normally. The 5 speed manual transmission is also in perfect working order.

As for the running gear, the wheel bearings have been changed. The 4 original rims have been repainted and show no defects. The tires are from 2013 and are at about 30% wear. The front discs and pads are new. The rear axle has been fitted with a reinforced kit, and a suspension wishbone has been changed. A geometry adjustment has been done. Although not reported to the technical control, the seller wishes to indicate a slight surface corrosion at the rear axle.

The seller is a private individual located in Magny-le-Hongre (77700) and accepts visits during the sale. The car is sold with a key and its documentation.
The car is sold without reserve price.
