Two years ago, a garage installed a BMW M57 engine in my 1990 Range Rover Classic. In theory, it should have started. It never started. In this episode, I go back over everything that happened from the beginning: the M57 swap, the weeks of waiting, and the moment I got back a "nearly finished" car that did nothing. I then rewired everything myself — without being a mechanic, without training, with diagrams that no one documents in French — until I identified the culprit.
