This 1962 Volvo PV 544 is of Swedish origin. The seller indicates that the car is in good general condition. This Volvo was converted into a rally car in 2005 and has FIA documents for historic competitions (see gallery).

Externally, the car is in good condition. The green paintwork shows only a few blemishes visible in the gallery. The seller notes a few spots of surface rust, and a few stone chips on the rocker panels. All the windows are plastic, except for the windscreen. The chrome is in good condition. The interior is in good condition. The aftermarket rally upholstery has no tears or holes, but shows slight signs of wear. The seller indicates that the car has been lightened for sporting use. The steering wheel and dashboard are in good condition. The on-board instrumentation and electrical equipment function normally, with the exception of the speedometer. This Volvo comes with the following equipment:

The 1.8-liter 4-cylinder (type B18) with twin SU carburetors developed 90 hp when it left the factory. The seller states that the mechanics work normally, as does the M40 manual gearbox. He adds that the engine has undergone the following modifications, increasing power to around 135hp:
M40 short-ratio gearbox
-Rear axle with 4:88 reduction and Dana differential
-Brake force distribution with rotary knob in passenger compartment
-Front disc brake
-Oil cooler and electric fan
-Sellholm suspension springs

The car has 4 aluminum rims in good condition, fitted with Avon Rally tires The car brakes normally.

The seller is a professional located in Kissing, Germany, and accepts visits during the sale. The car will be sold with its Swedish registration, a few additional parts, documentation and FIA documents. No technical inspection will be provided.
