This 1967 Land Rover Series 2A Pick Up is of Swiss origin. The seller indicates that the car is in good general condition, has a valid Luxembourg Technical Control and has had recent expenses. The seller has an ownership history since 2003 and invoices since 2007. The vehicle was sold by the Eduard Weber dealership in Zurich in 1967. It benefited from a mechanical and electrical restoration in Germany between 2007 and 2013 (invoices and photos present in the file). According to the seller, this Land Rover arrived in Germany in 2003 and was imported to Luxembourg in 2016.
Outside the car is in good condition. The body has been repainted but it has some paint defects. There are a few visible dents in the gallery. The seller indicates that this Land Rover is free of corrosion. The chassis has been fully restored in 2009. The headlights are in very good condition and have been upgraded with H4.
The interior is in good condition. The upholstery has no tears or holes. The steering wheel and instruments have a nice patina. The rubber floor mats are new. The on-board instrumentation and the electrical equipment have been revised during the restoration in Germany, they still work normally.
The 2.25 liter 4 cylinder diesel developed 62 hp when it left the factory. The seller indicates that the mechanics work normally as well as the manual gearbox and the transfer case. The transfer to the short gearbox is normal as well as the transfer to the 4 wheel drive. The gearbox, transfer case and differentials were restored in Germany between 2007 and 2013. The engine was rebuilt in 2013 by a specialist (invoice present). Since then, the engine has only run 3,650 kilometers. The mileage before restoration was 99.079km.
The vehicle was serviced in January 2020 including:
- Engine oil change (20W50)
- Oil filter (RTC3184)
- New fuel filters (RTC6079)
- Air filter cleaning and oil bath replacement
- Cooling system purge (blue ethylene glycol)
- Front and rear axle oil change (80W-90 Mineral Hypoid gear oil)
- Gear oil change (80W-90 Mineral Hypoid gear oil)
- Transfer case oil change (80W-90 Mineral Hypoid gear oil)
- New starter solenoid (STC1518)
- New battery
In addition, the seller has just performed a new engine oil change (+filter) in September 2020.
The car has its 4 rims in very good condition with tires in good condition. The car brakes normally. The brake linings are in good condition (3650 km). The running gear has also been revised during the restoration (suspensions and axles).
The seller is a private individual located in Luxembourg and accepts visits during the sale. The car is owned by a Luxembourg company. The car will be sold with its historical Luxembourg registration, a favorable Luxembourg CT of June 2020 and its restoration file. The vehicle is provided with 2 new side windows, its Exmoor "bikini top" and a trailer hitch (mounted on the vehicle).

Payment
At the end of the auction: The winner is automatically charged a service fee of 3% of the final price (minimum €179 incl. VAT) by credit card.
Within 7 days: The winner must pay the sales price by bank transfer. The payment is secured by our partner Paycar.
Delivery
Unless otherwise specified, the buyer is responsible for picking up the vehicle from the seller. Benzin is able to offer an optional delivery service, nous contacter (specify the vehicle you are interested in and your location).
