Aesthetically the bike is in very good condition. The original paint in its grey color has only very few defects visible in the gallery. The exterior plastics and gaskets are in good condition, as well as the headlights. The seller indicates that this CX 500 Turbo is free of corrosion. He also states that the bike is completely original on the outside.
The 496cc, 4-valve-per-cylinder, 80°-open, tumbled twin developed 82 hp when it left the factory. The seller indicates that the mechanics work normally as well as the 5-speed manual transmission. The engine is fully original. The CX 500 turbo is the first production bike to use the turbo making this 500 as powerful as a 1000 of the time. The seller has numerous invoices. The bike has been fully restored, including a complete disassembly, replacement of consumables, turbo control, painting of the fairings in their original color, spis seals and fork oil replaced, stator changed. The bike has its 2 original anodized aluminum alloy rims in very good condition with tires in good condition. The bike brakes normally. The air fork with magnesium barrel is in good condition as well as the anti-diving system during braking. The rear Prolink semi air shock is described by the seller as perfectly functional.
The seller is a private individual located in France in Hyères (83) and accepts visits during the sale. The motorcycle will be sold with its collection registration and invoices.

How the auctions work
A credit card is required to bid, although nothing is charged at the time. Bids are immediately raised to the amount entered.
The highest bid is automatically selected. However, all the offers made remain valid for 2 working days and can be accepted at any time during this period.
Bidding is binding. We do not accept any withdrawal of bids. Any retraction is sanctioned by a fee of 6% of the amount bid, including VAT. with a minimum of 329€ TTC.

Payment
At the end of the auction: The winner is automatically charged a service fee of 3% of the final price (minimum €179 incl. VAT) by credit card.
Within 7 days: The winner must pay the sales price by bank transfer. The payment is secured by our partner Paycar.
Delivery
Unless otherwise specified, the buyer is responsible for picking up the vehicle from the seller. Benzin is able to offer an optional delivery service, nous contacter (specify the vehicle you are interested in and your location).
No Surprises Guarantee
