Presentation
This 2003 Renault Clio RS Ragnotti is of French origin and has 196,400 km, a mileage justified by a long history since the purchase. Only 3000 examples of the Ragnotti were produced by Renault for Group N homologation. The Ragnotti differs from the standard Clio 2 RS by being 80kg lighter and by the absence of driving aids (no ABS, no ESP, no traction control). The current owner is the third and has owned it for 10 years.

On the outside, this Clio 2 RS is in very good condition. The original "Bleu Mondial" paint imposed on the Ragnotti shows no major defects, except for an impact on the passenger side (see gallery). The bodywork is in excellent condition, with no deformation or corrosion. The plastics and exterior seals are in very good condition, showing no discoloration. The specific windows (less thick) as well as the headlights are in excellent condition.

The interior of this Clio is in very good condition. The upholstery does not show any tear or hole. The controls are in very good condition, showing only a slight patina. All the elements specific to this version are present: the blue inserts, the Ragnotti signature in the glove box, the thin rear seat without headrests. The interior plastics and trim are in very good condition. The steering wheel rim is slightly torn. The instrumentation and the interior equipment are said to function normally.

The mechanics are said to be in excellent condition. The 4 cylinders 2.0l 16v developed 172hp when it left the factory. This Ragnotti version has a 4 in 1 manifold (against 2 in 1 on the normal Clio 2 RS) and a specific camshaft. This Clio is equipped with a BMC carbon airbox, the original one being provided for sale. The car has been regularly serviced in the Renault network and with specialists, the last service being in May 2019. The engine mounts have been replaced with Powerflex versions. The distribution will be done next year, the clutch as for him was done in 2015 at 165,000km.

As for the running gear, this Ragnotti was distinguished by wider front and rear tracks (20mm at the front, and 10mm at the rear). The original suspensions have been replaced by Bilstein B14 (the original ones are available). The car has its 4 original "Turini" aluminum rims in very good condition. The brakes work perfectly, the discs, front and rear pads are new. The car is said to run perfectly without any abnormal noise.

The seller is a private individual located in France at Le Pont Beauvoisin (38) and accepts visits during the sale. The car is sold with its French papers in order and a technical control will be passed for the sale.
The seller wished to define a reserve price.
