This Peugeot 205 GTI 1.9 122 from 1994 is of Spanish origin and has 187,800km, justified by all the Spanish technical controls noted on the registration document. The seller imported the car in May 2019 and has done 4,000km since. The car is said to be in good condition and has a favorable technical control.
On the outside the car is in good condition. The paint in its original white color has been redone in the past and looks good despite several finishing defects like drips. Some slight dents are to be noted, especially on the hood. The exterior plastics and gaskets are in very good condition, as well as the headlights. The seller indicates that this 205 GTI is free of corrosion. The car is equipped with a 205 Automatic hood.
The interior is in good condition and entirely original. The original upholstery is in good condition but has a small hole on the back of the driver's seat and seams to be repaired. The plastics are in average condition, with cracks in some places. The coin box is broken. The on-board instrumentation and the electrical equipment are working normally. The car is equipped with electric windows, remote centralization (functional), power steering and air conditioning (functional). A modern car radio has been installed (not visible on the pictures).
The 4 cylinder 1.9l had 122hp when it left the factory. An oil change with a filter change was performed in July 2018. The spark plugs and catalytic converter were replaced at that time. The timing gear was replaced at 182,614km (invoice not available). The battery is from February 2019. In June 2019 were performed:
- Changing the intake manifold gasket
- Replacement of the ignition wire set, head and ignition finger
- Replacement of motor mounts
- Ultrasonic cleaning of injectors
- Repair of the additional air drawer
- Gearbox draining
The engine starts perfectly cold and hot, has a stable idle, excellent oil pressure and seems to have full power. The seller indicates that there is an oil leak at the igniter.
The car has its original 4 rims in good condition shod with new Toyo TR1 tires. The front and rear brake pads and sway bar rods were replaced in July 2018. In June 2019 were performed:
- The replacement of the front springs
- The change of the two complete cardan shafts
- Replacement of brake hoses
- Replacement of the front left caliper seals
- Brake fluid bleeding
- Replacement of the right front triangle (made for sale)
The car is equipped with adjustable shocks at the rear. There is no abnormal play in the rear axle.
The seller is a private individual located in France in Vaujours and accepts visits during the sale. The car will be sold with its French registration in the name of the seller, its invoices, its original documentation, its 2 keys with remote control. The current technical control is favorable but the seller will provide for the sale a new favorable technical control of less than 6 months.
The car is sold without reserve price.

Payment
At the end of the auction: The winner is automatically charged a service fee of 3% of the final price (minimum €179 incl. VAT) by credit card.
Within 7 days: The winner must pay the sales price by bank transfer. The payment is secured by our partner Paycar.
Delivery
Unless otherwise specified, the buyer is responsible for picking up the vehicle from the seller. Benzin is able to offer an optional delivery service, nous contacter (specify the vehicle you are interested in and your location).
