The interior is in very good condition and fully original. The beige leather upholstery has no tears or holes but shows slight signs of wear. The steering wheel and dashboard are in good condition. The 3.0-liter 6-cylinder engine developed 265 hp when it left the factory. The seller indicates that the mechanics function normally as does the automatic transmission. The engine is original, except for a complete custom stainless steel exhaust system. The seller has maintenance invoices visible in the gallery. Recently, it underwent a standard service including an oil change, gearbox and differential service, and the replacement of filters and spark plugs.

The car has its 4 original rims in very good condition, fitted with 4 new tires. The car brakes normally.

The seller is a private individual located in France at Le Relecq-Kerhuon (29480) and accepts visits during the sale. The car will be sold with its French registration certificate, invoices, a Carpass report, and its service book. The seller commits to providing a favorable technical inspection report of less than 6 months for the sale. A puncture repair kit will be provided with the vehicle.

How the auctions work

A credit card is required to bid, and a bank imprint is made for a guarantee amount ranging from a minimum of €300 to a maximum of €1000 depending on the bid amount (see terms).

Bids immediately rise to the amount stated.

At the end of the sale, the highest offer is automatically validated by the seller if it exceeds their reserve price. However, all the offers made remain valid for 2 working days after the end of the sale and can be accepted at any time during this period.

By bidding, you understand that the Benzin service starts immediately, therefore you expressly waive your right of withdrawal. Consequently, we do not accept any withdrawal of bids. Any withdrawal entails the payment of the total service fee, which is 6% excluding VAT (7.2% including VAT) of the bid amount. with a minimum of €330 including VAT.

Payment

At the end of the auction: The winner is automatically charged a service fee of 3% excluding VAT (3.6% including VAT) of the final price by credit card (minimum €180 including VAT).

Within 7 days: The winner must pay the sale price by bank transfer to an escrow account.

Delivery

Unless stated otherwise, the buyer is required to pick up the vehicle from the seller. Benzin can offer you an optional delivery service. Complete your profile and use the "Delivery" button available on the listing page to get an estimate (the rate is indicative, the final price may vary).
