This 1997 BMW Z3M from Germany is a 3rd hand car with 167.000 km. The seller indicates that the car is in good general condition, has a valid Technical Control and has had recent and regular service. This Z3M was imported to France in 2003 by its 2nd owner who resold it in 2016. The engine was rebuilt at 160,800 km and in 2017 (see invoice).
On the outside the car is in good condition. The bodywork received a coat of paint a few years ago, it has only a few defects visible in the gallery. The right lower part of the body shows a slight trace of surface corrosion. The exterior plastics and gaskets are in good condition, as well as the headlights. The seller indicates that the chassis of this Z3M is sound. He also specifies that the car is fully original on the outside.
The interior is in good condition and completely original. The seats are in good condition, but the driver's seat is torn in 2 places. The steering wheel and the dashboard are in good condition. The on-board instrumentation and the electrical equipment are working normally. The soft top is in average condition, the seller indicates that the rear window closure needs to be changed and the rear window frame (supplied) needs to be fixed. This BMW has air conditioning (functional), hard top, power windows and power seats.
The 3.2-liter 6-cylinder developed 321 hp when it left the factory. The seller states that the mechanics work normally as well as the 5-speed manual transmission. The engine was rebuilt in 2017 and at 160,800 km (see invoice). Recently, it has had the following charges:
- Engine oil change with new filters
- Gearbox and rear axle draining
- Batterie neuve
- New spark plugs
The exhaust silencer is not original and has corrosion (see CT).
The car has its 4 original rims in good condition with tires in good condition at the front and worn at the rear. The car brakes normally. The wheel bearings are new.
The seller is a professional located in France in Aumelas (34230) and accepts visits during the sale. The car will be sold with its French registration, a favorable CT of less than 6 months, some invoices and its user manual.
The seller wished to define a reserve price.

How the auctions work
A bank card is required to bid and a bank imprint is made for a guarantee amount not exceeding 6% of the amount bid with a minimum of 300€.
The bids rise immediately to the amount entered.
At the end of the sale, the highest bid is automatically validated if it exceeds the reserve price. However, all the offers made remain valid for 2 working days after the end of the sale and can be accepted at any time during this period.
Bidding commits you. By bidding, you understand that the Benzin service runs immediately and that you therefore expressly waive your right of withdrawal. We do not accept any withdrawal of bids. Any retraction is sanctioned by a fee of 6% of the amount bid, including VAT. with a minimum of 329€ TTC.

Payment
At the end of the auction: The winner is automatically charged a service fee of 3% of the final price (minimum €179 incl. VAT) by credit card.
Within 7 days: The winner must pay the sales price by bank transfer. The payment is secured by our partner Paycar.
Delivery
Unless otherwise specified, the buyer is responsible for picking up the vehicle from the seller. Benzin is able to offer an optional delivery service, nous contacter (specify the vehicle you are interested in and your location).
No Surprises Guarantee
Benzin is able to cancel the transaction and refund a portion of the sale fee if the vehicle has a major defect not reported in the ad upon receipt. See Conditions.
