This 2002 BMW X5 E53 4.6is from Switzerland is a 2nd hand car with 148'800 km, supported by logbook and invoices. The seller indicates that the car is in very good general condition and that it has benefited from recent expenses. The last owner kept the car for 11 years.
On the outside the car is in very good condition. The bodywork has only a few defects visible in the gallery. The exterior plastics and seals are in very good condition, as are the headlights. The seller indicates that this X5 is free of rust. He also specifies that the car is entirely original.
The interior is also in very good condition and completely original. The upholstery has no tears or holes but shows slight wear on the front seats' fabric center section. The steering wheel and the dashboard are in very good condition. The on-board instrumentation and electrical equipment are working normally. However, the on-board computer and the navigation system show some pixel loss (see photo gallery). The fuel gauge was recently replaced. This X5 has the following equipment:

The 4.6-liter V8 developed 347 hp when it left the factory. The seller indicates that the mechanics work normally as well as the automatic transmission. The engine is fully original. The seller has a very complete history with service book, anti-pollution book and maintenance invoices (see gallery). The maintenance is up to date, the vehicle has benefited in September 2020 from a major service (Inspection II) with replacement of the thermostat and valve cover seals. The driveshaft was repaired in 2019 at 147'000 Km (invoices visible in the gallery).
The car has its 4 original rims in good condition with worn tires at 70% in the front and 60% in the rear and H&R approved springs. The consumables are up to date. The rear discs and pads have been replaced in 2018 at 144'000 Km (invoice visible in the gallery).
The seller is a private individual / collector located in Switzerland in Yvonand (1463) and accepts visits during the sale. The car will be sold with its Swiss registration and favorable technical control of September 2020 (see gallery).
The seller wished to define a reserve price.
Note : The steps for a possible customs clearance of the vehicle as well as the relative expenses are 30% (10% Swiss export taxes and 20% French VAT). The seller can assist the buyer in all the steps to be taken for a registration in France, but the costs are at the buyer's charge.

How the auctions work
A bank card is required to bid and a bank imprint is made for a guarantee amount not exceeding 6% of the amount bid with a minimum of 300€.
The bids rise immediately to the amount entered.
At the end of the sale, the highest bid is automatically validated if it exceeds the reserve price. However, all the offers made remain valid for 2 working days after the end of the sale and can be accepted at any time during this period.
Bidding is binding on you. By bidding, you understand that the Benzin service runs immediately and that you therefore expressly waive your right of withdrawal. We do not accept any withdrawal of bids. Any retraction is sanctioned by a fee of 6% of the amount bid, including VAT. with a minimum of 329€ TTC.

Payment
At the end of the auction: The winner is automatically charged a service fee of 3% of the final price (minimum €179 incl. VAT) by credit card.
Within 7 days: The winner must pay the sales price by bank transfer. The payment is secured by our partner Paycar.
Delivery
Unless otherwise specified, the buyer is responsible for picking up the vehicle from the seller. Benzin is able to offer an optional delivery service, nous contacter (specify the vehicle you are interested in and your location).
No Surprises Guarantee
Benzin is able to cancel the transaction and refund a portion of the sale fee if the vehicle has a major defect not reported in the ad upon receipt. See Conditions.
