On the outside the car is in very good condition. The bodywork has only a few visible defects in the gallery. Plastics and exterior seals are in very good condition. The headlights are new. This X5 is equipped with the original sport package. The seller indicates that this X5 is free of corrosion.
The interior is also in very good condition and completely original. The upholstery has no tears or holes but shows slight visible marks in the gallery, as well as a discrete fabric seam on the driver's headrest. The steering wheel and dashboard are in good condition. The on-board instrumentation and electrical equipment are functioning normally. The seller has installed a Carplay compatible car radio, and has the vintage BMW phone holder accessory. The air conditioning has just been recharged and is not leaking.
The 3.0 liter 6 cylinder engine developed 183 hp when it left the factory. The seller indicates that the mechanics work normally as well as the manual transmission. The engine is entirely original. The seller has a very complete history with maintenance invoices. The maintenance is up to date, an Oil Service (oil change and filter) has just been done.
The car has its 4 BMW rims in good condition with new tires that will be installed for sale.
The seller is a private individual located in France in Divonne-les-Bains (01) and accepts visits during the sale. The car will be sold with its French registration and its original documents. The seller commits himself to obtain a favorable CT for the sale.

How the auctions work
A bank card is required to bid and a bank imprint is made for a guarantee amount not exceeding 6% of the amount bid with a minimum of 300€.
The bids rise immediately to the amount entered.
At the end of the sale, the highest bid is automatically validated if it exceeds the reserve price. However, all the offers made remain valid for 2 working days after the end of the sale and can be accepted at any time during this period.
Bidding commits you. By bidding, you understand that the Benzin service runs immediately and that you therefore expressly waive your right of withdrawal. We do not accept any withdrawal of bids. Any retraction is sanctioned by a fee of 6% of the amount bid, including VAT. with a minimum of 329€ TTC.

Payment
At the end of the auction: The winner is automatically charged a service fee of 3% of the final price (minimum €179 incl. VAT) by credit card.
Within 7 days: The winner must pay the sales price by bank transfer. The payment is secured by our partner Paycar.
Delivery
Unless otherwise specified, the buyer is responsible for picking up the vehicle from the seller. Benzin is able to offer an optional delivery service, nous contacter (specify the vehicle you are interested in and your location).
No Surprises Guarantee
Benzin is able to cancel the transaction and refund a portion of the sale fee if the vehicle has a major defect not reported in the ad upon receipt. See Conditions.
