This 1950 Vespa Piaggio 125 "bacchetta" is a V14T model. The seller indicates that the Vespa is in very good general condition, that it has benefited from a complete restoration in 2008 and that it will be sold with an Italian CT less than 6 months old.
Aesthetically, the Vespa is in very good condition. The paint in its "verde metalizzato 6000M" color has only a few defects visible in the gallery. A hole is present under the pedal. The chromes and the exterior seals are in good condition, as well as the headlights. The seller indicates that this V14T is free of corrosion. The black leather seat is in very good condition and has a small tear (less than 1cm) on the seat (see gallery).
The 125 cc single cylinder engine has the number V20M87093 which corresponds to the engines installed in 1950 when it left the factory and which is reported on the Italian registration card. The seller indicates that the mechanics work normally as well as the 3 speed gearbox. The engine is fully original.
The scooter has its original rims in very good condition with tires in good condition. The Vespa brakes normally. The seller reports no abnormal play in the cycle part.
The seller is a private individual located in Italy in Controguerra (TE) and accepts visits during the sale. The seller agrees to provide a favorable Italian CT less than 6 months old for the sale, export documents and a copy of the Italian car registration.
Note : The registration will be at the buyer's charge in his country. In France, this vehicle can be registered with the FFVE. The buyer must count in addition to the purchase price an export tax of approximately 200€.
Due to the end of year closures (until January 6) and travel restrictions in Italy, the preparation of the vehicle and documentation could take longer than normal (up to 30 days max).

How the auctions work
A bank card is required to bid and a bank imprint is made for a guarantee amount ranging from 300€ minimum to 1000€ maximum depending on the amount bid (see conditions). Some bank cards will ask to authorize the payment before bidding.

At the end of the sale, the highest bid is automatically validated by the seller if it exceeds his reserve price. However, all the offers made remain valid for 2 working days after the end of the sale and can be accepted at any time during this period.

Any retraction implies the payment of the total service, that is to say 6% HT (7,2% TTC) of the amount bid. with a minimum of 330€ TTC.

Payment
At the end of the auction: The winner is automatically charged a service fee of 3% (3.6% VAT excluded) of the final price by credit card (minimum 180€ VAT included).
Within 7 days: The winner must pay the sale price by bank transfer. The payment is secured by the third party service Paycar.fr.
Delivery
Unless otherwise specified, the buyer is responsible for picking up the vehicle from the seller. Benzin is able to offer an optional delivery service, nous contacter (specify the vehicle you are interested in and your location).
No Surprises Guarantee
You are able to cancel the transaction and Benzin agrees to refund a portion of the service fee if the vehicle has a major defect not reported in the receiving advertisement under the No Surprise Guarantee. See Conditions.
