Externally, the car is in excellent condition. The paint in its champagne color is original and shows no noticeable defects. The soft top is also in excellent condition and shows no cracks and is properly sealed. At the rear, the lower part of the bumper has been replaced by a dual outlet model to accommodate a custom exhaust silencer. The Audi logo on the trunk was removed by the previous owner. The exterior plastics and seals are in excellent condition with no discoloration. The headlights show no tarnish.
Inside, everything is as it was originally. The two heated leather seats called "baseball" are in excellent condition and the caramel coloring shows no sign of fading. The interior plastics, carpets and floor mats are in excellent condition. Only a few wear marks are visible on the door sill plastics. The steering wheel rim shows only a very slight patina. The on-board instrumentation and equipment are said to work properly.
The mechanics are described as working perfectly and as original except for the custom exhaust silencer. The seller notes that the latter gives the 1.6 TFSI a sportier sound than the original, but discreet. On the expense side, the seller indicates that the 4 ignition coils were replaced along with the spark plugs, and that an oil change with replacement of all filters was performed for the sale. The engine is described as quiet (see video) and has full power (160 hp from factory). The seller indicates that the gearbox is also working perfectly. The clutch shows no sign of fatigue.
The original rims are in good condition although they have some curb scratches on the outside. The 4 Hankook Ventus tires are new. The front discs and pads are new while the rear discs and pads are still in good condition. No abnormal suspension noise to report.
The seller is a professional located in Méru (60) and accepts visits. The latter offers optional Covea guarantees ranging from 3 months to 12 months (see detailed conditions with the seller). The car is sold with its original documentation and its two keys.
