This 3rd generation Volkswagen Combi was acquired in 2013 by the previous owner before being transferred to the current professional seller. It is a genuine 6-seater homologated Multivan. It has 105,500 km on the odometer and although this mileage cannot be verified, the overall condition seems consistent with this number. An appraisal report done in 2016 can be seen in the gallery.
Externally, this Transporter T3 presents very well thanks to a recent paint job redone in accordance with the original color around 2012. Reported flaws include a long scratch on the driver's side, a scratch on the corner of the roof on the right rear and corrosion blisters on the right rear fender. Other than these defects, the bodywork has no dents or corrosion. This model is equipped with a wooden roof rack as well as the included window vent plates. The chassis is free of corrosion.
Inside, the car is equipped with air conditioning with its optional tunnel as well as a Westplaisir kitchen cabinet. The upholstery originally redone by the previous owner in 2013 is in excellent condition. The rear folding seat serves as a bed and the mattress is present. All 6 seats have seat belts. The seller indicates that although the air conditioning works after recharging, a leak must be present in the circuit. On the driver's side, all the equipment and the on-board instrumentation work properly.
The mechanics are in excellent condition. The 2100cc 4-cylinder flat engine with electronic injection developed 112hp when it left the factory and works normally. There are no leaks to report. A 2016 service invoice is available in the gallery. Seller states that the accessory belt is squeaking and will be changed for sale. The 5-speed manual transmission is said to work perfectly.
As for the running gear, the four tires are recent and in excellent condition. The five original steel rims are in good condition with their chrome hubcaps although they show some pitting. The car is sold with its two keys and its documentation. The seller is a professional located in Aulnay-sous-bois and accepts visits during the sale.
