This 1982 Talbot Sunbeam Lotus is of Italian origin and was imported by its current owner in 2018. This example is one of 2308 produced. The car shows 82,700km although this mileage cannot be verified.
On the outside, this Talbot Sunbeam Lotus is in very good condition. The paint, redone in the past, presents very well and has only few visible flaws in the gallery. The bodywork is in very good condition, with no deformation or corrosion. Windows, optics and plastics are in very good condition. The seller indicates that the car is entirely original on the outside.
The interior is in excellent condition. The fabric and imitation upholstery shows no tears or holes. The plastics and trimmings are in excellent condition. The interior equipment and the on-board instrumentation are said to function normally.
The 2.2l 16-valve, 4-cylinder, dual-barrel carburetor engine was rated at 155hp when it left the factory. The engine has recently had a complete overhaul including replacement of filters and fluids and professional carburetor tuning. The engine starts well both hot and cold, has a stable idle and seems to have full power. The 5-speed manual transmission works perfectly.
The car has its 4 original rims in very good condition with old tires (dot 2007). The seller indicates that the braking being a weak point at the origin, this one has been modified, receiving a master cylinder box with assistance more powerful.
The seller is a private individual located in Montélimar and accepts visits during the sale. The car is sold with a favorable technical control passed for the sale and a grey card collection in the name of the purchaser, the salesman taking care of the steps.

How the auctions work
A credit card is required to bid, although nothing is charged at the time. Bids are immediately raised to the amount entered.
The highest bid is automatically selected. However, all the offers made remain valid for 2 working days and can be accepted at any time during this period.
Bidding is binding. We do not accept any withdrawal of bids. Any retraction is sanctioned by a fee of 6% of the amount bid, including VAT. with a minimum of 329€ TTC.

Payment
At the end of the auction: The winner is automatically charged a service fee of 3% of the final price (minimum €179 incl. VAT) by credit card.
Within 7 days: The winner must pay the sales price by bank transfer. The payment is secured by our partner Paycar.
Delivery
Unless otherwise specified, the buyer is responsible for picking up the vehicle from the seller. Benzin is able to offer an optional delivery service, nous contacter (specify the vehicle you are interested in and your location).
No Surprises Guarantee
