This 1968 Honda S800 of French origin has 92,300 km. The seller states that the car is in very good overall condition, has a valid MOT and has had recent expenses and a restoration in 2016. This S800 has been in the same family for 25 years. It has been delivered new by the Honda dealership in Boulogne.
On the outside, the car is in very good condition. The body was repainted in its red color during the restoration in 2016, it has only very few visible defects in the gallery. The exterior plastics and seals are in good condition, as are the headlights. The hood is in good condition but the eyelets are broken. The seller indicates that the chassis of this S800 is sound as well as the body. There is a defect on the rear wing (see gallery). He also specifies that the car is fully original on the outside.
The interior is in very good condition. The upholstery has no tears or holes but shows slight traces of wear. The steering wheel and the dashboard are in very good condition. The on-board instrumentation and electrical equipment are working normally, except for the ammeter which has been disconnected.
The 791cc 4-cylinder developed 78 hp when it left the factory. The seller states that the mechanicals work normally as does the 4-speed manual transmission. The engine received a rebuild in 2016 during the restoration. Recently, it has benefited from the following charges:

The car has its 4 original rims in very good condition with tires in good condition. The car brakes normally.
The seller is a professional located in France in St Paul lez Durance (13) and accepts visits during the sale. The car will be sold with its French registration (normal) and a favorable CT of less than 6 months.

Payment
At the end of the auction: The winner is automatically charged a service fee of 3% (3.6% VAT excluded) of the final price by credit card (minimum 180€ VAT included).
Within the following 7 days: The winner must pay the sale price by bank transfer to an escrow account hosted by Paycar.fr.
Delivery
Unless otherwise specified, the buyer is responsible for picking up the vehicle from the seller. Benzin is able to offer you an optional delivery service. You can easily estimate the delivery cost by using the "Delivery" function available on the ad.
