This 2003 Mercedes S55 AMG from England is a 5th hand car with 250.000 km. The seller indicates that the car is in good general condition, has a valid Technical Control and has had recent expenses. This S55 AMG was imported to France in 2019 by its 4th owner.
On the outside the car is in good condition. The paint in its grey color has some visible flaws in the gallery. There are 2 slight dents on the left side, a bumper with some imperfections and a rust spot on the bottom of the driver door. The exterior plastics and gaskets are in good condition, as well as the headlights. Pictures of the chassis are available in the gallery. He also states that the car is fully original on the outside.
The interior is in good condition. The leather upholstery has no tears or holes but shows some wear. The steering wheel and the dashboard are in good condition. The gauges and trip computers have been replaced by those of a W220 Phase 2 (electronically reliable). The plastics have been recently renovated. The on-board instrumentation and electrical equipment are working normally. The seller indicates that the electric trunk opening cylinders are worn but functional. This S55 AMG has the following equipment:

The 5.4 liter V8 developed 360hp when it left the factory. The seller indicates that the mechanics work normally as well as the 5-speed automatic transmission. The engine is fully original. Recently, it has benefited from an oil change with replacement of the oil filter (June 2020). The gearbox should be changed in one year.
The car has its 4 original rims in good condition with good tires (Pirelli P Zero). The car brakes normally. The Airmatic suspension is functional, but the seller indicates a slight imbalance between the right and left rear (minor defect in technical control). The left rear brake hose is to be provided. The battery is new.
The seller is a private individual located in France in Tours (37) and accepts visits during the sale. The car will be sold with its French registration, some invoices and a favorable CT less than 6 months old. The seller provides a rear shock absorber.
The car is sold without reserve price.

How the auctions work
A bank card is required to bid and a bank imprint is made for a guarantee amount not exceeding 6% of the amount bid with a minimum of 300€.
The bids rise immediately to the amount entered.
At the end of the sale, the highest bid is automatically validated if it exceeds the reserve price. However, all the offers made remain valid for 2 working days after the end of the sale and can be accepted at any time during this period.

Any retraction is sanctioned by a fee of 6% of the amount bid, including VAT. with a minimum of 329€ TTC.

Payment
At the end of the auction: The winner is automatically charged a service fee of 3% of the final price (minimum €179 incl. VAT) by credit card.
Within 7 days: The winner must pay the sales price by bank transfer. The payment is secured by our partner Paycar.
Delivery
Unless otherwise specified, the buyer is responsible for picking up the vehicle from the seller. Benzin is able to offer an optional delivery service, nous contacter (specify the vehicle you are interested in and your location).
No Surprises Guarantee
Benzin is able to cancel the transaction and refund a portion of the sale fee if the vehicle has a major defect not reported in the ad upon receipt. See Conditions.
