This 1986 Honda Prelude 2G 1.8 is a 3rd hand car of American origin, ordered new by a Frenchman who brought it back home. The car has 99,900 miles on it. The car has a French registration and a valid technical control.

On the outside, this Prelude is in very good condition. The blue paint has been redone in the past and looks good despite a few visible flaws in the gallery, especially on the hood. The seller indicates that the car does not show any corrosion except for the few spots shown in the picture. Pictures of the underbody are available in the gallery.

Inside, the car is in very good condition. The cloth upholstery shows only a few marks of use. The interior plastics and trim are in very good condition, with no deformation or discoloration. This model is equipped with a sunroof, headlight washers, air conditioning and a 4 hp audio system with cassette player, although the latter works randomly.

The mechanics are said to be in excellent condition. The 4 cylinder 1.8 developed 105hp when it left the factory. The last overhaul was done without invoice less than a year ago by the 2nd owner, a Renault agent. The 5 speed manual gearbox is said to work perfectly.

The car has its 4 steel rims with hubcaps in good condition with tires in good condition (changed less than 2500 km ago in 2010). The brake pads and discs have been replaced less than 2500 km ago. The brakes are said to work normally and the car does not emit any abnormal noise. The seller would like to point out that oil traces are visible on the steering bellows and on the front shocks.

The seller is a private individual located in France in Lyon (69004) and accepts visits during the sale. The car is sold with its spare keys. The last technical control is dated May 2019 and will not be replayed for the sale.

How the auctions work

A credit card is required to bid, although nothing is charged at the time. Bids are immediately raised to the amount entered.

The highest bid is automatically selected. However, all the offers made remain valid for 10 days and can be accepted at any time during this period.

Bidding is binding. We do not accept any withdrawal of bidding. Any withdrawal is sanctioned by a fee of 6% of the amount bid with a minimum of 300€ TTC.

Visits of the vehicle

Payment

At the end of the auction: The winner is automatically charged a service fee of 3% of the final price (minimum €179 incl. VAT) by credit card.

Within 10 days: The winner must pay the sales price by bank transfer. The payment is secured by our partner Paycar.

Delivery

Unless otherwise specified, the buyer is responsible for picking up the vehicle from the seller. Benzin is able to offer an optional delivery service, nous contacter (specify the vehicle you are interested in and your location).
