This 1999 Mazda MX-5 NB of German origin was acquired in 2018 by the current owner. The car has 108,000 km on the odometer, a fair estimated mileage based on the documentation provided.
On the outside, this MX-5 is in average condition. Although it looks good from a few steps away, the paintwork shows several defects. The main one is the rear trunk which is particularly affected by rust (see pictures). The front bumper has small gravel impacts and a slight rubbing trace. The vendor indicates that all instruments and on-board equipment are functioning properly, including the electrical antenna.
The 4 cylinder 1.6l developed 110hp when it left the factory. The engine is entirely original. The mechanics are said to be in excellent condition. However, the seller indicates that a revision is to be expected. He also wants to indicate that the exhaust pipe has a leak found at the technical inspection, but without a counter inspection. The gearbox works well, the gears are all shifted without any hitch and lock well.
The 4 rims are in average condition, there are no dents, but the paint is flaking on 3 of them.
The car is sold with a technical control less than 6 months old.
