This 1967 Ford Mustang 289 is of American origin and has been living in France for more than 13 years. The car is in good working condition but needs some body work. It is sold as a restoration project and has a French registration in the name of the seller and a recent (1 month) although not favorable technical inspection. An expertise has been done in 2007 (report visible in the gallery).
On the outside, this Mustang is in average condition. The Bordeaux red paint has been redone in the past and looks good, although it has corrosion spots in several places. The bodywork is in poor condition, with a dent in the passenger door and perforating corrosion in several places, especially on the floors. The windows, optics and chrome are in good condition.
The interior of this Mustang is in good condition and complete. The cloth upholstery does not show any significant tears or wear marks. Interior trim such as carpeting, door panels and headliner are in good condition. The instrumentation is complete, with an additional lap counter installed.
The mechanics are said to be in good condition. The 289ci V8 (4.7l) developed 228hp SAE when it left the factory. The engine starts well, has a stable idle and runs normally. The 3 speed manual transmission also works normally.
The car is equipped with its 4 original rims in good condition with new tires. The braking system is said to work normally although the replacement of the pipes is to be expected. An important play in the steering is to be noted. Otherwise, the car is said to run normally.
The seller is a private individual located in France in Le Pouliguen (44510). The car is sold with its French registration in the name of the seller and a recent technical control.
The seller wished to define a reserve price.

Bidding is binding. We do not accept any withdrawal of bids. Any retraction is sanctioned by a fee of 6% of the amount bid, including VAT. with a minimum of 329€ TTC.
Visits of the vehicle

Payment
At the end of the auction: The winner is automatically charged a service fee of 3% of the final price (minimum €179 incl. VAT) by credit card.
Within 10 days: The winner must pay the sales price by bank transfer. The payment is secured by our partner Paycar.
Delivery
Unless otherwise specified, the buyer is responsible for picking up the vehicle from the seller. Benzin is able to offer an optional delivery service, nous contacter (specify the vehicle you are interested in and your location).
No Surprises Guarantee
Benzin is able to cancel the transaction and refund a portion of the sale fee if the vehicle has a major defect not reported in the delivery ad. See Conditions.
