This 1991 Toyota MR2 SW20 mk2 is of German origin and has 195.800km. The car has a normal French registration and a valid technical control.
On the outside, this Toyota MR2 is in very good condition. The paint in its dark green shade presents very well, showing only a few visible flaws in the gallery. The front bumper has just been repainted with a new logo. The bodywork is in very good condition, showing no noticeable dents and no corrosion. The headlights and windows are in very good condition. The windshield was replaced at Toyota in 2013. Rev 3 taillights have been installed (including specific lock), the originals being provided. The car has the roof covers as well as the two T-Top storage covers.
The interior is in very good condition. The fabric upholstery is in good condition, only the driver's seat showing two snags and wear marks. The carpeting and interior trim are in good condition. The seller indicates that the instrumentation and interior equipment are working properly, including the power windows. The seller indicates that the upper steering wheel cover is broken and the knob is new.
The mechanics are said to be in very good condition. The 2.0l 16s inline 4-cylinder developed 160hp when it left the factory. The engine has benefited in December 2019 from an overhaul including an engine oil change, replacement of filters, spark plugs and several cooling hoses. The battery is new. The last valve timing was done in 2011 at 175,000km and the seller is providing a new timing kit. The seller states that the engine works perfectly as does the 5 speed manual transmission. The clutch was replaced in 2011 at 175.000km. The car is equipped with a Remus 2 outlet muffler, the seller indicates that a leakage noise from the exhaust is audible. This noise would come from a crack on the intermediate.
The car has its 4 Borbet aluminum rims in very good condition with tires in good condition. 4 14" sheet metal rims are supplied with 2 new tires and 2 half-worn tires. The front discs and pads have been replaced and the brake fluid bled at 188,000km. Various parts of the running gear have been replaced. The car is said to run and brake perfectly, without making any abnormal noise.
The seller is a private individual located in France in Landivisiau (29400) and accepts visits during the sale.

Delivery

At the end of the sale, the highest offer is automatically validated by the seller if it exceeds its reserve price. However, all offers made remain valid for 2 working days after the end of the sale and can be accepted at any time during this period.
By bidding, you understand that the Benzin service begins immediately, therefore you expressly waive your right of withdrawal regarding the Benzin service. We do not accept any auction withdrawal. Any withdrawal outside the framework of the "No Surprises" guarantee implies payment for the total service, ie 6.5% excluding tax (7.8% including tax) of the bid amount with a minimum of 398€ including tax (See Conditions).

At the end of the sale: the buyer whose offer has been accepted by the seller is automatically charged a service fee of 3.25% excluding tax (3.9% including tax) of the final price by credit card (minimum €199 including tax).
Within the following 7 days : The buyer must pay the sale price by bank transfer to an escrow account for vehicles eligible for the Secured Payment or directly to the seller for others.
In the absence of any indication to the contrary, the buyer is obliged to collect the vehicle from the seller. Benzin is able to offer you an optional delivery service. You can easily estimate the delivery cost by using the "Delivery" feature available on the ad.
Vehicle registration procedures are always the responsibility and responsibility of the buyer in his country. Many guides, articles or official resources are available online to inform you. Benzin makes no guarantees that these steps will be successful.
