This Mégane RS Trophy has been sold new to the Renault dealership in La Varennes sur Seine for 34.664 € and is a first hand car. It was acquired by the current seller following a vandalism suffered by the first owner. All the repair work as well as the overhaul and additional checks were carried out by the Renault dealership in Melun (77) for a total of €12,753 (including almost €4,000 worth of Trophy decorations). Externally, the seller indicates that the car is in perfect condition. The paint in its Glacier White color shows no scratches and the bodywork shows no dents. The exterior plastics and seals are also in new condition. The car has electrically folding mirrors.
The interior is also in excellent condition. The Récaro bucket seats show no wear although slight use marks appear on the left side of the driver seat. The alcantara steering wheel rim is in good condition. The gear knob shows no dents or scratches. The interior plastics are not scratched except for a few marks on the glove box. The on-board instrumentation as well as the electrical equipment work normally. The car has a rear view camera and an OBD anti-theft device.
The 2-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder developed 275 hp when it left the factory. The seller says that the mechanics work perfectly. The 6-speed manual transmission shifts and locks up well in every gear. The clutch shows no signs of fatigue. No abnormal noise is to be reported.
The car has its 4 original rims in black lacquer, the 2 passenger side ones showing some scratches on the outside. The tires are 20% worn, and the left front shows a rubber tear due to a curb without impact on the integrity of the tire. The car is equipped with the Cup chassis. The car brakes properly and the pads are 50% worn.
The seller is a professional located in Meru (60). He indicates that a revision will be done before the sale and offers a 3 months warranty (engine, gearbox and axle). The car is sold with its original documentation and its two keys.
