This BMW M5 e34 3.8 pack Nurburgring from 1994 has 213,500 km. The seller states that the car is in good overall condition and has a Technical Inspection. Its current owner has owned it since 2018. The M5 Nurburgring package is recognizable by its more wraparound rocker panels, front blade and gray rear diffuser. It also includes speed-sensitive variable-assist steering, increased rear anti-roll bars, wider rear wheels, and a button (sport mode) for Adaptive M suspension control.
On the outside the car is in very good condition. The paint in its Diamant-schwarz (181) color shows only a few visible defects in the gallery. A few micro scratches can be noticed. The exterior plastics and seals are in good condition, as well as the headlights. The headlights are not original. The seller indicates that this M5 is free of corrosion.
The interior is in good condition and completely original. The leather upholstery has no tears or holes but traces of wear. The steering wheel and the dashboard are in good condition. The on-board instrumentation as well as the electrical equipment are working normally. This M5 has:

The 3.8-liter 6-cylinder developed 340 hp when it left the factory. The seller states that the mechanicals work normally as well as the 5-speed manual transmission. The engine is all original, except for a SuperSprint line. The seller has some invoices visible in the gallery. More recently, the gearbox has been drained and the visco coupler changed.
The car has its 4 new original rims (Nürburgring Pack). The car brakes normally. The brake pads and discs have just been replaced.
The seller is a private individual located in France in Cagnes sur mer (06800) and accepts visits during the sale. The car will be sold with its French registration, some invoices and a valid CT of less than 6 months.

How the auctions work
A credit card is required to bid, although nothing is charged at the time. Bids are immediately raised to the amount entered.
The highest bid is automatically selected. However, all the offers made remain valid for 2 working days and can be accepted at any time during this period.
Bidding is binding. We do not accept any withdrawal of bids. Any retraction is sanctioned by a fee of 6% of the amount bid, including VAT. with a minimum of 329€ TTC.

Payment
At the end of the auction: The winner is automatically charged a service fee of 3% of the final price (minimum €179 incl. VAT) by credit card.
Within 7 days: The winner must pay the sales price by bank transfer. The payment is secured by our partner Paycar.
Delivery
Unless otherwise specified, the buyer is responsible for picking up the vehicle from the seller. Benzin is able to offer an optional delivery service, nous contacter (specify the vehicle you are interested in and your location).
