This 1992 BMW M5 3.6 e34 of Japanese origin has 182,000 km. The seller states that the car is in average general condition, has a valid MOT and has had recent service work done. This M5 was imported from Japan by its current owner.
On the outside the car is in average condition. The paint is in bad condition, the varnish is flaking in several places. We note a spot of corrosion on the right rear wing. The seller specifies that apart from the paint, there are no dents or alignment problems. The exterior plastics and seals are in good condition, as are the headlights. European headlights have been installed in order to be able to circulate legally in France. The seller indicates that the chassis of this BMW is sound. It has the fender extensions.
The interior is in good condition and completely original. The beige leather upholstery has no tears or holes but shows some wear. The steering wheel and the dashboard are in good condition. The door trim and alcantara headliner are in very good condition. The carpet does not show any abnormal wear. The on-board instrumentation and electrical equipment are working normally. The seller specifies however that the sunroof opens correctly and is waterproof but that it must be retracted manually. The car radio is missing. This M5 has air conditioning (functional).
The 3.6-liter 6-cylinder developed 315 hp when it left the factory. The seller says that the mechanics work normally. The seller indicates that the manual transmission works and locks properly but that the gears are a bit hard to shift. He says that there are no oil leaks or seepage. The seller reports a noise coming from the exhaust, the heat shield would need to be replaced. The battery also discharges quickly although the alternator works normally. The engine is completely original.
The vehicle has benefited from recent charges (see gallery invoice) including:

- Replacement of the lower casing seal
- Control of the bearings
- Bleeding the coolant
The car has 4 M5 rims in good condition with new tires (Federal 595). The car brakes normally. The brake pads and rear discs have been replaced. The car has also been aligned.
The seller is a private individual located in France in Le Mans (72) and accepts visits during the sale. The car will be sold with its French registration, a favorable technical control less than 6 months old, old Japanese CT and some invoices. The seller provides various parts with the car (tail lights, headlights, running gear parts).
The car is sold without reserve.

How the auctions work
A credit card is required to bid, although nothing is charged at the time. Bids are immediately raised to the amount entered.
The highest bid is automatically selected. However, all the offers made remain valid for 4 working days and can be accepted at any time during this period.
Bidding is binding. We do not accept any withdrawal of bids. Any retraction is sanctioned by a fee of 6% of the amount bid, including VAT. with a minimum of 329€ TTC.
Visits of the vehicle

Payment
At the end of the auction: The winner is automatically charged a service fee of 3% of the final price (minimum 179€ TTC and maximum 3.000€ TTC).
Within 10 days: The winner must pay the sales price by bank transfer. The payment is secured by our partner Paycar.
Delivery
Unless otherwise specified, the buyer is responsible for picking up the vehicle from the seller. Benzin is able to offer an optional delivery service, nous contacter (specify the vehicle you are interested in and your location).
No Surprises Guarantee
Benzin is able to cancel the transaction and refund a portion of the sale fee if the vehicle has a major defect not reported in the delivery ad. See Conditions.
