This 1978 Alfa Romeo Giulia GT 1600 Junior of Spanish origin has 41,501 km on the odometer (5 digit counter). The seller indicates that the car is in good general condition, that it has a valid Technical Inspection visible in the gallery and that it has had recent and regular maintenance.
On the outside, the car is in good condition. The paint in its green "Verde Muschio" color has only a few defects visible in the gallery. The seller indicates that some slight rust spots are visible on the bottom of the doors (see gallery). The seller also indicates the presence of a paint chip on the rear trunk (see gallery) and that the driver's door latch is worn. The plastics, chromes and exterior seals are in good condition, as well as the headlights. The seller indicates that the chassis of this Giulia is sound, pictures of the undercarriage are available in the gallery.
The interior is in good condition. The tan skai upholstery has no tears or holes but shows very slight traces of wear. The dashboard has two cracks (see gallery). The steering wheel is in good condition. The on-board instrumentation and the electrical equipment are working normally.
The 1.6-liter 4-cylinder developed 105 hp when it left the factory. The seller indicates that the mechanics work normally as well as the 5-speed manual transmission. The engine is fully original. The seller indicates slight engine oil seepage. Seller has several invoices visible in the gallery. Recently, the seller indicates that it has had the following charges:
-Replacement of both timing chains
-Checking the flatness of the cylinder head
-Valve timing
-Replacement of the water pump
-Replacement of the electronic ignition and the high current coil

The car has its 4 original rims in very good condition. The car brakes normally. Recently, the seller indicates that the ball joints and the rear axle suspension straps have been replaced.
The seller is a private individual located in France in Lafox (47240) and accepts visits during the sale. The car will be sold with its French registration, a CT, and invoices.

How the auctions work
A bank card is required to bid and a bank imprint is made for a guarantee amount ranging from a minimum of €300 to a maximum of €1000 depending on the amount bid (see Conditions).
The bids rise immediately to the amount entered.
At the end of the sale, the highest bid is automatically validated by the seller if it exceeds his reserve price. However, all the offers made remain valid for 2 working days after the end of the sale and can be accepted at any time during this period.
By bidding, you understand that the Benzin service begins immediately, therefore you expressly waive your right to withdraw from the Benzin service. We do not accept any withdrawal of bids. Any retraction outside the scope of the "No Surprises" guarantee implies the payment of the total service, i.e. 6% (7.2% VAT included) of the amount bid. with a minimum of 330€ TTC (See Conditions).
Visits of the vehicle
Buyers have the opportunity to view the vehicle during the entire sale if the seller accepts viewings. Complete your Benzin profile and use the "Request a visit" function available on the ad.
Payment
At the end of the auction: The winner is automatically charged a service fee of 3% (3.6% VAT excluded) of the final price by credit card (minimum 180€ VAT included).
Within 7 days: Winner must pay the sale price by bank transfer to an escrow account for Secure Payment eligible vehicles or directly to the seller for others.
Delivery
Unless otherwise specified, the buyer is responsible for picking up the vehicle from the seller. Benzin is able to offer you an optional delivery service. You can easily estimate the delivery cost by using the "Delivery" function available on the ad.
No Surprises Guarantee
You are able to cancel the transaction and Benzin agrees to refund a portion of the service fee if the vehicle has a major defect not reported in the Receipt Ad under the No Surprise Guarantee (Secure Payment eligible vehicles only, see Conditions).
