This 1969 Lotus Europa S2 from England has 67,000 miles on it. The seller states that the car is in very good overall condition and has benefited from recent charges. This Lotus was fully restored in 2010 at Europa Engineering, the seller has owned it since 2017. A certificate of authenticity is available in the gallery.
On the outside, the car is in good condition. The paint in its white "Lotus Europa Le Mans 1967" inspiration color has only rare defects visible in the gallery. The exterior has been restored in 2010. The exterior plastics and gaskets are in good condition, as well as the headlights. The seller indicates that the chassis of this Lotus is sound.
The interior is in very good condition. The upholstery has no tears or holes but shows very slight traces of wear. The interior has been restored in 2010. The steering wheel and the dashboard are in good condition. The on-board instrumentation and electrical equipment are working normally.
The original engine coming from a Renault R16TS was replaced by the one from a R16TX in 2017. The latter has been restored in Holland by a specialist (see invoices) and develops 93hp. The seller indicates that the mechanics work normally as well as the 4 speed manual gearbox. The engine is entirely original. The seller has many invoices visible in the gallery.
The car has its 4 rims in very good condition with tires in good condition. The car brakes normally.
The seller is a private individual located in France in St Brieuc and accepts visits during the sale. The car will be sold with its French registration (collection) and invoices. The seller agrees to provide a favorable CT for the sale, the last one dated November 2020.

How the auctions work
A bank card is required to bid and a bank imprint is made for a guarantee amount ranging from 300€ minimum to 1000€ maximum depending on the amount bid (see conditions).

At the end of the sale, the highest bid is automatically validated by the seller if it exceeds his reserve price. However, all the offers made remain valid for 2 working days after the end of the sale and can be accepted at any time during this period.

Any retraction implies the payment of the total service, that is to say 6% HT (7,2% TTC) of the amount bid. with a minimum of 330€ TTC.

Payment
At the end of the auction: The winner is automatically charged a service fee of 3% (3.6% VAT excluded) of the final price by credit card (minimum 180€ VAT included).
Within 7 days: The winner must pay the sale price by bank transfer. The payment is secured by the third party service Paycar.fr.
Delivery
Unless otherwise specified, the buyer is responsible for picking up the vehicle from the seller. Benzin is able to offer you an optional delivery service. No Surprises Guarantee
You are able to cancel the transaction and Benzin agrees to refund a portion of the service fee if the vehicle has a major defect not reported in the receiving advertisement under the No Surprise Guarantee. See Conditions.
