This 1961 Renault Dauphine type R1090 was acquired as a restoration project by a deceased person. The car is supposed to have been immobilized for 25 or 30 years and does not have a registration document. The car shows 13.040 km although this mileage cannot be verified (5 digit counter).
Externally, this Dauphine is in average condition. The paint is fine but the bodywork shows some impacts, especially on the driver's door and the right front fender. Corrosion is present in various stages (see pictures). The car is complete.
The interior of the car is in poor condition. The cloth and simili upholstery has some tears and the door panels are warped. The headliner shows some tears but is still in place.
The seller indicates that he was able to get the 850cc engine running. The carburetor has been removed for rebuild and will be provided with the sale. The 3-speed manual transmission appears to be working normally.
The car has its original 5 wheels although the tires are out. The drum linings have been removed to allow the car to move (seized brakes).
The seller is a professional located in France at La Chapelle-en-Serval (60520) and accepts visits during the sale.

Payment
At the end of the auction: The winner is automatically charged a service fee of 3% of the final price (minimum 150€ VAT included).
Within 15 days: The winner must pay the sales price to the seller. The secure payment by Paycar is free for Benzin buyers. Seller and buyer may agree to use another payment method.
Delivery
