How the auctions work
A bank card is required to bid and a bank imprint is made for a guarantee amount not exceeding 6% of the amount bid with a minimum of 300€.
The bids rise immediately to the amount entered.
At the end of the sale, the highest bid is automatically validated if it exceeds the reserve price. However, all the offers made remain valid for 2 working days after the end of the sale and can be accepted at any time during this period.
Bidding is binding on you. By bidding, you understand that the Benzin service runs immediately and that you therefore expressly waive your right of withdrawal. We do not accept any withdrawal of bids. Any retraction is sanctioned by a fee of 6% excluding VAT of the amount bid. with a minimum of 330€ TTC.

Payment
At the end of the auction: The winner is automatically charged a service fee of 3% (excl. VAT) of the final price by credit card (minimum 180€ incl. VAT).
Within 7 days: The winner must pay the sales price by bank transfer. The payment is secured by our partner Paycar.
Delivery
Unless otherwise specified, the buyer is responsible for picking up the vehicle from the seller. Benzin is able to offer an optional delivery service, nous contacter (specify the vehicle you are interested in and your location).
No Surprises Guarantee
Benzin is able to cancel the transaction and refund a portion of the sale fee if the vehicle has a major defect not reported in the ad upon receipt. See Conditions.
