This Mini Cooper S 175 "Hot Spice" from 2008 is a 3rd hand of German origin, imported by the second owner. The car has 139.750 km, a mileage justified by numerous invoices and the complete maintenance booklet. The seller has owned the car for 1 year. The car is in very good condition, has many options and has benefited from recent expenses. The technical control of January 2019 is favorable and will be ironed for the sale.
On the outside, the car is in very good condition. The original British Racing Green paint shows very well, showing only a few flaws such as small chips on the door edges and a rubbing mark on the right rear bumper. The bodywork is in very good condition, showing no noticeable deformation or corrosion. Windows and headlights are in very good condition. The car has the optional double electric sunroof, bi-xenon headlights and 17" Crown Spoke wheels.
The interior is in very good condition. The "Punch" leather upholstery is in very good condition, showing only slight signs of use. Plastics and trims are in very good condition. The car has the interior LED Ambiance package, Harman/Kardon hifi system with Bluetooth, heated seats and windshield with heated mirrors and anthracite headliner. The mechanics are said to be in very good condition. The 4 cylinder 1.6 turbo developed 175hp when it left the factory. In November 2017, a major overhaul was performed including the change of the timing chain with tensioner. More recently, the car received an oil change with crankcase gasket replacement. The 6-speed manual transmission is said to work perfectly. The clutch is new, replaced in October 2019. On this occasion, the gearbox oil change was performed.
The car has its 4 original rims in good condition with new Michelin tires at the front and in very good condition at the rear (dot 2016). This Mini has the optional Sport suspensions. The brake pads are good and the car is said to brake perfectly.
The seller is a private individual located in France in Brest (29). Although the confinement prevents visits, the seller is available to answer questions in comments. The car is sold with its two keys, full documentation, French registration and a recent favorable technical control.

How the auctions work
A credit card is required to bid, although nothing is charged at the time. Bids are immediately raised to the amount entered.
The highest bid is automatically selected. However, all bids made remain valid for 4 working days after the end of the auction and can be accepted at any time during this period.
Bidding is binding. We do not accept any withdrawal of bids. Any retraction is sanctioned by a fee of 6% of the amount bid, including VAT. with a minimum of 329€ TTC.
Visits of the vehicle
Buyers have the opportunity to view the vehicle during the entire sale, nous contacter to make an appointment.
Payment
At the end of the auction: The winner is automatically charged a service fee of 3% of the final price (minimum €179 incl. VAT) by credit card.
Within 7 days : The winner must pay the sales price by bank transfer. The payment is secured by our partner Paycar.
Delivery
Unless otherwise specified, the buyer is responsible for picking up the vehicle from the seller. Benzin is able to offer an optional delivery service, nous contacter (specify the vehicle you are interested in and your location).
No Surprises Guarantee
Benzin is able to cancel the transaction and refund a portion of the sale fee if the vehicle has a major defect not reported in the delivery ad. See Conditions.
