Payment
At the end of the auction: The winner is automatically charged a service fee of 3% (3.6% inc. VAT) of the final price by credit card (minimum €180 inc. VAT).
Within 7 days : The winner must pay the purchase price by bank transfer. Payment is secured by the third-party service Paycar.fr.
Delivery
Unless otherwise stated, the buyer is obliged to collect the vehicle from the seller. Benzin is able to offer an optional delivery service. No Surprises Guarantee
You are entitled to cancel the transaction and Benzin agrees to refund part of the service charge if the vehicle has a major fault that was not reported in the advertisement on receipt under the No Surprise Guarantee. See Conditions.
