The seller states that the car is in good general condition, has a valid MOT and has benefited from recent and regular servicing. It was owned from 2002 to 2012 by its 1st Italian owner, then registered for the 1st time in October 2013 in France.

Externally, the car is in good condition. The blue paintwork shows only a few defects, visible in the gallery. There are a few paint chips. Exterior plastics and seals are in good condition, as are the headlights. The seller states that this CLK is corrosion-free. He also specifies that the car's exterior is entirely original.
The interior is in good condition and entirely original. The grey leather upholstery has no tears or holes, but shows signs of use. The steering wheel and dashboard are in good condition. The sunroof curtain has been redone by a saddler (not visible in the photos). The headliner is in very good condition. The on-board instrumentation and electrical equipment are in normal working order. This Mercedes comes with the following options:

The 3.2-liter V6 developed 218 hp from the factory. The seller states that the mechanicals are working normally, as is the automatic gearbox. The engine is entirely original. The seller has the logbook and invoices showing mileage up to 2016. From 2002 to 2012, the vehicle was serviced at the same Mercedes dealership in Italy. Recently, it has benefited from the following charges:
- Standard overhaul (oil change, oil filters and cabin) in December 2020.
- Torque converter and gearbox drain in April 2021, following a fault.
The car has its 4 original rims in good condition, with tires in good condition. The car brakes normally. The front suspension arms were replaced in December 2020.
The seller is a professional located in France in La Rochelle (17000) and accepts visits during the sale. The car will be sold with its French registration, a favorable CT less than 6 months old, its logbook, documentation and a few invoices.
The vehicle comes with a 3-month engine/gearbox/axle warranty, and the seller offers to take care of all registration formalities free of charge.

How auctions work

Payment
At the end of the auction: The winner is automatically charged a service fee of 3% (3.6% inc. VAT) of the final price by credit card (minimum €180 inc. VAT).
Within 7 days : The winner must pay the sale price by bank transfer to an escrow account hosted by Paycar.fr.
Delivery
Unless otherwise specified, the buyer is obliged to collect the vehicle from the seller. Benzin is able to offer an optional delivery service. You can easily estimate the delivery cost by using the "Delivery" function available on the ad.
No-surprise guarantee
You are entitled to cancel the transaction and Benzin agrees to reimburse you a portion of the service charges if the vehicle has a major defect not reported in the advertisement upon receipt under the No Surprise Guarantee. See Conditions.
