This Clio Williams "1st series" from 1993 is number 2220 out of 5417 numbered phase 1 examples. Its current owner, a classic car professional, has undertaken a complete aesthetic and mechanical restoration of the car.
On the outside, this Renault Williams has been restored to like-new condition and shows no defects. The body has been completely disassembled, partially sandblasted and its defects corrected. The paint has been redone in the original color. The exterior plastics and seals are in perfect condition, as well as the headlights.
The interior presents superbly. The original upholstery shows no tears, no holes, no sagging. The carpets and rugs are in new condition. Plastics are in perfect condition with no discoloration or scratches. The seller indicates that new storage bins will be installed. The equipment and instrumentation on board are said to function normally.
The mechanics have been completely refurbished. The 2.0 16S F7R was dismantled and received a new segmentation, connecting rod bearings, bearings and tri-metal oil pump, new valve guides, rectification of the cylinder head. All engine seals have been replaced. The oil pump and thermostat are new. The seller indicates that the engine and its 5 speed manual gearbox are working perfectly. The electrical wiring harness has also been refurbished.
The running gear has also been completely overhauled with new screws and bolts, new silent-blocks, new shocks and springs. All the elements have been powder coated as in the original. The braking system received new pipes, hoses, master cylinder, calipers and discs. The splitter has been redone.
The seller indicates that he used only original Renault parts during the restoration. The seller is a professional located in France in Brest (29200) and accepts visits during the sale.

Payment
At the end of the auction: The winner is automatically charged a service fee of 3% of the final price (minimum 150€ VAT included).

Delivery
