The interior is in average condition. The black velvet upholstery has a hole. The steering wheel and the dashboard are in good condition.

The 350ci V8 developed 290 hp when it left the factory. The seller indicates that the mechanical system works normally as well as the TH350 3-speed automatic transmission.

The car has 4 rims in very good condition with old tires. The car brakes normally.

The seller is a private individual located in France in Clermont-Ferrand (63) and accepts visits during the sale. The car will be sold with its validated FFVE file necessary for its registration in France, in its keys.

How the auctions work

A bank card is required to bid and a bank imprint is made for a guarantee amount not exceeding 6% of the amount bid with a minimum of 300€.

The bids rise immediately to the amount entered.

At the end of the sale, the highest bid is automatically validated if it exceeds the reserve price. However, all the offers made remain valid for 2 working days after the end of the sale and can be accepted at any time during this period.

Bidding is binding on you. By bidding, you understand that the Benzin service runs immediately and that you therefore expressly waive your right of withdrawal. We do not accept any withdrawal of bids. Any retraction is sanctioned by a fee of 6% of the amount bid, including VAT. with a minimum of 329€ TTC.

Visits of the vehicle

Payment

At the end of the auction: The winner is automatically charged a service fee of 3% of the final price (minimum €179 incl. VAT) by credit card.

Within 7 days: The winner must pay the sales price by bank transfer. The payment is secured by our partner Paycar.

Delivery

Unless otherwise specified, the buyer is responsible for picking up the vehicle from the seller. Benzin is able to offer an optional delivery service, nous contacter (specify the vehicle you are interested in and your location).

No Surprises Guarantee

Benzin is able to cancel the transaction and refund a portion of the sale fee if the vehicle has a major defect not reported in the ad upon receipt. See Conditions.
