This 1974 right hand drive MG B GT is a 2nd hand car with 104,000 miles (approx. 165,000km), a mileage justified by the presence of numerous invoices. The car was completely rebuilt in 2003-2005 by its current owner.
On the outside the car is in excellent condition. Originally white, the car has been repainted in grey. The paint shows very well and has only few defects. The bodywork is in excellent condition, with no deformation or corrosion. The headlights, chromes and windows are in excellent condition. A large file of pictures of the restoration is available and some extracts are visible in the gallery.
The interior is in excellent condition. The red leather upholstery has no tears or holes. The dashboard is in good condition, only a chip in the wood trim is visible on the passenger side. The steering wheel has a normal wear patina. The on-board instrumentation and the electrical equipment are working normally. The car is equipped with a functional manual sunroof and a modern car radio.
The 1.8-liter 4-cylinder developed 94 bhp when it left the factory. The seller indicates that the mechanics work perfectly. A standard maintenance has been done recently including an engine oil change and filter change. The cylinder head was overhauled in 2009 (invoice). The 4 speed manual transmission works normally.
The car has its 4 original rims in very good condition with tires in good condition but old (2008 and 2009). The car drives and brakes normally, without any abnormal noise.
The seller is a professional located in France in Fleury-Les-Aubrais (45400) and accepts visits during the sale. The car is sold with a French registration and a technical control which will be retaken for the sale, the 2 previous ones being blank. A set of parts is also provided.

How the auctions work
A credit card is required to bid, although nothing is charged at the time. Bids are immediately raised to the amount entered.
The highest bid is automatically selected. However, all offers made remain valid for 10 days and can be accepted at any time during this period.
Bidding is binding. We do not accept any withdrawal of bidding. Any withdrawal is sanctioned by a fee of 6% of the amount bid with a minimum of 300€ TTC.
Visits of the vehicle

Payment
At the end of the auction: The winner is automatically charged a service fee of 3% of the final price (minimum €179 incl. VAT) by credit card.
Within 10 days: The winner must pay the sales price by bank transfer. The payment is secured by our partner Paycar.
Delivery
Unless otherwise specified, the buyer is responsible for picking up the vehicle from the seller. Benzin is able to offer an optional delivery service, nous contacter (specify the vehicle you are interested in and your location).
No Surprises Guarantee
