This 1965 Porsche 911 2.0 SWB of French origin has 3,500 km since its restoration. It was sold new in Paris by the SONAUTO dealership in 1965. It was then prepared for its involvement in historic competitions. In the 2000's it participated in several historic races such as Le Mans Classic, the 24H Nürburgring, or the 25H Spa. It was bought in 2012 by its current owner. The seller indicates that the car is in very good general condition, has a valid Technical Control and has had recent and regular maintenance. This Porsche belonged to Raymond Touroul, a racing driver who participated several times in the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
Outside, the car is in very good condition. The bodywork has been restored and the car has been given a new paint job. The paint in its Medium Ivory color (Porsche code 17657) has only very few defects visible in the gallery. The exterior plastics and gaskets are in good condition, as well as the headlights. The seller indicates that this Porsche 911 is free of corrosion. The seller indicates that the chassis has been reinforced. The seller certifies that the chassis and engine are matching number.
The interior is in good condition and has been fully equipped for the race. The interior has been gutted and fitted with Sparco bucket seats. The steering wheel and dashboard are in very good condition. The on-board instrumentation as well as the electrical equipment have been replaced and are working normally. The car is equipped with its original 2.0 Flat 6 engine which developed 130 hp when it left the factory. The engine was then prepared in the specifications of the 911 S engine. The seller indicates that the engine now develops 187 hp. It is equipped with 6 Solex carburetors and 3 electric fuel pumps. The mechanics work normally as well as the 5-speed manual transmission. Recently, it has benefited from the following charges:

The car has 4 Fuchs rims painted in England green in very good condition, with tires in good condition. The car brakes normally. The Bilstein shocks have been serviced and adjusted. The seller also indicates that sensors for TerraTrip have been installed on the front wheels.
The seller is a private individual located in Spain in Burgos (09001) and accepts visits during the sale. The car will be sold with its collector's registration (Spanish), a valid CT, a copy of the technical passport issued by the FIA and a certificate of authenticity issued by Porsche Iberica.

At the end of the sale, the highest bid is automatically validated by the seller if it exceeds his reserve price. However, all the offers made remain valid for 2 working days after the end of the sale and can be accepted at any time during this period.

Payment
At the end of the auction: The winner is automatically charged a service fee of 3% (3.6% VAT excluded) of the final price by credit card (minimum 180€ VAT included).
Within 7 days: The winner must pay the sale price by bank transfer. The payment is secured by the third party service Paycar.fr.
Delivery
Unless otherwise specified, the buyer is responsible for picking up the vehicle from the seller. Benzin is able to offer you an optional delivery service. No Surprises Guarantee
