This 1995 BMW 730i type e38 of German origin is a 1st hand car with 35.240 km, justified by booklet and invoice. The seller indicates that the car is in excellent general condition and has had recent and regular maintenance. This 730i was sold new in Germany by the dealer "BMW Glocker Galluswarte", then it was bought by the current professional seller in Poland. The car was used as a company car until 2013 by the former owner, then it became his private car and has been driven very little in the last years.
On the outside the car is in excellent condition. The original paint in its grey "269 Arktisgrau Metallic" color is flawless. The exterior plastics and seals are in very good condition, as are the headlights. The seller indicates that this e38 is free of corrosion. He also states that the car is completely original on the outside.
The interior is in very good condition and entirely original. The blue velvet upholstery has no tears or holes but shows very slight traces of wear. The steering wheel and the dashboard are in very good condition. The on-board instrumentation and the electrical equipment are working normally.
The 3.0-liter V8 developed 218 hp when it left the factory. The seller indicates that the mechanics work normally as well as the automatic transmission. The engine is fully original. The seller has numerous invoices and the logbook tracking the mileage. He indicates that as of 2013, the vehicle has been driven very little. Recently, the vehicle has had a standard service (Liqui Moly Top-Tec 5w-30 oil change, coolant and filters)
The car has its 4 original rims in very good condition with tires in good condition but old (2004). The car brakes normally. The consumables are said to be up to date and the battery is new.
The seller is a professional located in Poland in Milejowice, 55-020 Zorawina and accepts visits during the sale. The car will be sold with its German registration, booklet, documentation and numerous invoices.

How the auctions work
A bank card is required to bid and a bank imprint is made for a guarantee amount not exceeding 6% of the amount bid with a minimum of 300€.
The bids rise immediately to the amount entered.
At the end of the sale, the highest bid is automatically validated if it exceeds the reserve price. However, all the offers made remain valid for 2 working days after the end of the sale and can be accepted at any time during this period.
Bidding is binding on you. By bidding, you understand that the Benzin service runs immediately and that you therefore expressly waive your right of withdrawal. We do not accept any withdrawal of bids. Any retraction is sanctioned by a fee of 6% of the amount bid, including VAT. with a minimum of 329€ TTC.

Payment
At the end of the auction: The winner is automatically charged a service fee of 3% of the final price (minimum €179 incl. VAT) by credit card.
Within 7 days: The winner must pay the sales price by bank transfer. The payment is secured by our partner Paycar.
Delivery
Unless otherwise specified, the buyer is responsible for picking up the vehicle from the seller. Benzin is able to offer an optional delivery service, nous contacter (specify the vehicle you are interested in and your location).
No Surprises Guarantee
Benzin is able to cancel the transaction and refund a portion of the sale fee if the vehicle has a major defect not reported in the ad upon receipt. See Conditions.
