How auctions work
A bank card is required to place a bid, and a bank imprint is made for a guarantee amount ranging from a minimum of €300 to a maximum of €1,000, depending on the amount bid (see conditions).
Bids immediately rise to the amount entered.
At the end of the sale, the highest bid is automatically validated by the seller if it exceeds his reserve price. However, it's up to you, all offers remain valid for 2 working days after the end of the sale and can be accepted at any time during this period.

Payment
At the end of the auction: The winner is automatically charged a service fee of 3% (3.6% inc. VAT) of the final price by credit card (minimum €180 inc. VAT).
Within 7 days : The winner must pay the sales price by bank transfer to an escrow account.
Delivery
Unless otherwise specified, the buyer is obliged to collect the vehicle from the seller. Benzin is able to offer an optional delivery service. Complete your profile and use the "Delivery" button on the ad page to obtain an estimate (the rate is given as an indication, the final price may vary).
No-surprise guarantee
You are entitled to cancel the transaction and Benzin agrees to reimburse you a portion of the service charges if the vehicle has a major defect not reported in the advertisement upon receipt under the No Surprise Guarantee. See Conditions.
