This 2004 BMW 645ci AC Schnitzer Tension Street Legal of Belgian origin is a 2nd hand car with 119,000 km. The seller indicates that the car is in very good general condition and has had recent and regular maintenance.
Initially developed by Tension for track use, the tuner AC Schnitzer proposes a homologated version called "Street Legal" of this 645ci. The presented car is in its original AC Schnitzer configuration and it's the 3rd one. Its 1st owner was the manager of the BMW Davo dealership in Tongre, Belgium.
On the outside, the car is in very good condition. The paint in its black and grey color has only very few visible defects in the gallery. The exterior plastics and seals are in good condition, as are the headlights. The seller indicates that this 645ci is free of corrosion. It has all the body equipment specific to the AC Schnitzer Tension Street Legal.
The interior is in very good condition and complete. The black leather upholstery has no tears or holes but shows very slight traces of wear. The steering wheel and the dashboard are in very good condition. We will note a small defect on the armrest. The on-board instrumentation as well as the electrical equipment work normally.
The engine base comes from a 645ci (4.4 liter V8 with 333hp) and the displacement has been increased to 5.1 liters for a power of 410hp. The seller indicates that the mechanics work normally as well as the automatic transmission. The seller has the booklet with the car's mileage. It will benefit from a standard revision at BMW for the sale.
The car has its 4 specific AC Schnitzer rims in very good condition with tires in good condition. The car brakes normally. The consumables are said to be up to date. The Sport suspensions are adjustable and allow to lower the car by 25 to 30 mm if needed. The chassis is equipped with an anti-roll and anti-torsion bar system.
The seller is a private individual located in Belgium in Liege and accepts visits during the sale. The car will be sold with its Belgian registration, its logbook, some invoices, a COC and the seller commits to provide a Belgian CT of less than 6 months for the sale.

How the auctions work
A bank card is required to bid and a bank imprint is made for a guarantee amount ranging from a minimum of €300 to a maximum of €1000 depending on the amount bid (see Conditions).
The bids rise immediately to the amount entered.
At the end of the sale, the highest bid is automatically validated by the seller if it exceeds his reserve price. However, all the offers made remain valid for 2 working days after the end of the sale and can be accepted at any time during this period.
By bidding, you understand that the Benzin service begins immediately, therefore you expressly waive your right to withdraw from the Benzin service. We do not accept any withdrawal of bids. Any retraction outside the scope of the "No Surprises" guarantee implies the payment of the total service, i.e. 6% (7.2% VAT included) of the amount bid. with a minimum of 330€ TTC (See Conditions).
Visits of the vehicle

Payment
At the end of the auction: The winner is automatically charged a service fee of 3% (3.6% VAT excluded) of the final price by credit card (minimum 180€ VAT included).
Within 7 days: Winner must pay the sale price by bank transfer to an escrow account for Secure Payment eligible vehicles or directly to the seller for others.
Delivery
Unless otherwise specified, the buyer is responsible for picking up the vehicle from the seller. Benzin is able to offer you an optional delivery service. You can easily estimate the delivery cost by using the "Delivery" function available on the ad.
No Surprises Guarantee
You are able to cancel the transaction and Benzin agrees to refund a portion of the service fee if the vehicle has a major defect not reported in the Receipt Ad under the No Surprise Guarantee (Secure Payment eligible vehicles only, see Conditions).
