This 1988 Mercedes 560 SL R107 of American origin has 141,000 miles (approx. 225,000 km), a mileage justified by an important file including invoices and technical controls, accompanied by the original documentation. The car has been imported by the current seller, a professional who will carry out the technical control and the French registration for the sale.

On the outside, this 560 SL is in good condition. The paint in its original ivory color shows well, showing some flaws like small chips and scratches visible in the gallery. The bodywork shows no noticeable deformation. The car shows no perforating corrosion. The seals and exterior plastics are in good condition, as are the headlights. The car has its original hard-top with defrosting rear window in very good condition. The soft top is new, waterproof and functional.

The interior is in very good condition. The brown leather upholstery has been redone and shows no defects. The interior plastics are in good condition, showing only a patina of use on some controls. The leather steering wheel rim has been redone. The car is equipped with many period options and equipment, including: driver's airbag, ABS, air conditioning, cruise control, car radio, power windows, centralization, power steering, power mirrors. The instrumentation and the equipment are said to function normally except for the electric antenna. The car has optional rear seats, and the seller provides the rear deck to make it into 2 seats.

The mechanics are said to be in very good condition. The 8 cylinders 5.5l developed 230hp when it left the factory. The engine has recently had an oil change. The 4 speed automatic gearbox is said to work perfectly.

How the auctions work

A credit card is required to bid, although nothing is charged at the time. Bids are immediately raised to the amount entered.

The highest bid is automatically selected. However, all offers made remain valid for 10 days and can be accepted at any time during this period.

Bidding is binding. We do not accept any withdrawal of bidding. Any withdrawal is sanctioned by a fee of 6% of the amount bid with a minimum of 300€ TTC.

Visits of the vehicle

Payment

At the end of the auction: The winner is automatically charged a service fee of 3% of the final price (minimum €179 incl. VAT) by credit card.

Within 10 days: The winner must pay the sales price by bank transfer. The payment is secured by our partner Paycar.

Delivery

Unless otherwise specified, the buyer is responsible for picking up the vehicle from the seller. Benzin is able to offer an optional delivery service, nous contacter (specify the vehicle you are interested in and your location).
