This 1986 BMW 528i e28 is an original French example with 268,000 km, a mileage the owner estimates to be fair. The car would be a 3rd hand.
On the outside, this 528i is in very good condition. The original paint, never redone, looks very good despite some defects due to use and time, especially some chips on the left front. The bodywork is said to be free of corrosion. There are no deformations except for two visible dents on the front right side and a rubbing mark on the lower right side. The exterior plastics and seals are in very good condition. The windshield is new as well as its seal and its chrome surround.
The interior is in very good condition. The original fabric and imitation upholstery is in good condition, only the driver's seat shows wear marks on the seat and the side reinforcement. The original carpets are in very good condition. The plastics and interior trim are in very good condition, without any discoloration or cracks. The car is equipped with its original functional car radio, power steering, 4 electric windows and electric mirrors.
The mechanics are in very good condition. The 6 cylinders 2.8 with electronic injection developed 184hp when it left the factory. The seller indicates that the head gasket was changed 30,000 km ago. The fluids and filters were replaced less than a year ago. The cooling system is new (radiator and hoses). The complete line is less than 2 years old. The battery is new. The engine starts well both hot and cold and seems to have all its power. The 5 speed manual gearbox is also perfectly functional.
The car has 4 e28 rims in good condition with new tires at the front and 30% wear tires at the rear. The steering ball joints have been replaced as well as the rear axle support and an alignment has been done. The brake pads are new. The car brakes normally and is equipped with ABS.
The car has a normal French registration. The seller is a private individual located in France in Moreuil (80110) and accepts visits during the sale (possibility to see the car in Paris too).

Payment

Delivery
