This Mercedes 500 SL Roadster from March 1996 is of Dutch origin and has 180,000 km, a mileage certified by mileage records dating back to 2002. The car is sold with a valid technical control and an engine compression report.
On the outside, this 500 SL Roadster looks great. The original Azurite Blue paint shows no noticeable flaws except for a chip on the hood. The bodywork shows no dents and no corrosion. The car has its optional hard-top in excellent condition. The canvas top is also in excellent condition, functional and showing no tears or tarnishing. The body joints and plastics are in excellent condition, as are the headlights.
The interior is in excellent condition. The original grey leather upholstery is very well preserved, showing only a few scratches and ribs from use. The interior plastics and trim are in excellent condition, with no discoloration or scratches. The control knobs do not show any marked wear. The carpets are in good condition. The car is equipped with its original cassette radio with CD changer and functional air conditioning. The on-board equipment and instrumentation are said to function normally.
The mechanics of this 500 SL work perfectly. The 5.0l V8 developed 320hp when it left the factory. A compression reading from March 2018 is visible in the gallery, showing a consistent reading of 12 bar +-5% on all 8 cylinders. The 5-speed automatic transmission is said to work perfectly, shifting without clutching.
The car has 4 Mercedes aluminum rims with tires in good condition. The original spare wheel is in new condition. The car drives and brakes perfectly, without any abnormal noise.
The seller is a professional located in France in Grésy-sur-Aix (73100) and accepts visits during the sale. The car is sold with a 3 months contractual warranty and the seller takes care of the French registration.

Payment
At the end of the auction: The winner is automatically charged a service fee of 3% of the final price (minimum 150€ VAT included).

Delivery
