This 1969 Fiat 500L has been restored this year. Of Italian origin, it shows 1,850 km, a fair estimate, as the odometer has recently been run.
On the outside, this 500 is in good condition. The white paint is recent and looks good. It has only a few very minor blemishes, most of which are difficult to capture in photos. The bodywork shows no dents and the alignments are satisfactory. The chrome is in excellent condition, as are the headlights and taillights. The sunroof is original, tight and functional. The FIAT front logo has its original patina but the seller offers to provide a new one if the buyer wishes.
The interior is completely original and presents superbly. The skai upholstery shows no tears or marked sagging. Although invisible to the untrained eye, the seller would like to point out that the seat color is slightly different from the seat backs. For this reason, the owner is also providing a second new and wrapped interior. The door panels are in good condition. The dash is in excellent condition, only a small scratch is visible on the knee guard, but a new replacement item is provided with the additional interior. The on-board equipment and instrumentation are said to function properly.
The 499cc twin-cylinder developed 18hp when it left the factory. The engine is said to work perfectly: it starts well, holds its idle and revs up smoothly. This engine has been replaced by an equivalent one at the exact moment when the odometer has been run: thus the actual mileage corresponds to the one of the engine. The 4 speed gearbox also works well, shifting and locking the gears well.
The car is equipped with its 4 original rims in good condition. The seller indicates that the car runs and brakes well, without making any abnormal noises.
The seller is a private individual located in France in Paris (75) and accepts visits during the sale. The car is sold with a valid technical control.
