This R5 GT Turbo was purchased in November 2015 by the current seller, a professional located in Amiens. The car is said to have been driven very little in the last four years. It currently shows 150,800 km although this mileage cannot be verified.

Externally, the car is entirely in its original configuration. The paintwork looks very good despite slight differences in color between the original paint and the elements recently repainted by the seller: hood, fender surrounds, rocker panels and bumper. The windshield has also been repainted. The seller indicates that the body does not show any corrosion.

The interior is also in its original configuration with the only exception of a modern car radio. The front seats are currently at a saddlery for a complete rebuild, hence their absence on the pictures. The carpets are in very good condition except for some grease stains. The interior plastics and dashboard trim are in very good condition. Only blisters are visible on the foamed plastics of the door panel armrests. The on-board instrumentation is said to work normally.

The 4 cylinder turbo 1.4 developed 120hp when it left the factory. The mechanics are in excellent working order but the seller indicates that a service is recommended, as the engine has not received any new maintenance since the purchase. The engine and gearbox are said to work normally. The presentation video shows the car running after a cold start. The fluid on the ground in the pictures is supposed to be not from the car, although if it is, the seller will make the necessary arrangements before the sale. The car is entirely original except for a group N exhaust.

As far as the running gear is concerned, the seller indicates that the car runs very well. However, he notes an imbalance in the braking system, which is why a revision is necessary. The tires are in bad condition, dating from 2001 at the rear and 2005 at the front. The rims are in average condition, with no deformation or damage but needing a paint job.
