This Solex 5000 from 1975 is a 1st hand from France. The moped has been stored a few years ago and needs to be restarted, the seller said that the engine was working perfectly.
Aesthetically, this Solex is in average condition. The original paintwork is fine but shows some chips in some places. Superficial corrosion is to be noted on the kickstand and the mudguards, whose chrome is chipped. The imitation seat is in very good condition. The seller notes that the tail light shell is missing and that the luggage rack cover is broken.
The 49cc 2-stroke single cylinder engine developed 0.8hp when it left the factory. The engine does not start but is not blocked. The seller indicates that it was working before the moped was stored.
The cycle part is in good condition. The tires are old. The two pedals are different, one having been changed in the past.
The seller is a private individual located in Livry-Gargan (93190) and accepts visits during the sale. This moped has no papers.
This moped is sold without reserve price.

How the auctions work

At the end of the sale, the highest bid is automatically validated by the seller if it exceeds his reserve price. However, all the offers made remain valid for 2 working days after the end of the sale and can be accepted at any time during this period.
By bidding, you understand that the Benzin service starts immediately, therefore you expressly waive your right of withdrawal. Therefore, we do not accept any withdrawal of bids. Any retraction implies the payment of the total service, that is to say 6% HT (7,2% TTC) of the amount bid. with a minimum of 330€ TTC.

Payment
At the end of the auction: The winner is automatically charged a service fee of 3% (3.6% VAT excluded) of the final price by credit card (minimum 180€ VAT included).
Within 7 days: The winner must pay the sale price by bank transfer. The payment is secured by the third party service Paycar.fr.
Delivery
Unless otherwise specified, the buyer is responsible for picking up the vehicle from the seller. Benzin is able to offer an optional delivery service, nous contacter (specify the vehicle you are interested in and your location).
No Surprises Guarantee
You are able to cancel the transaction and Benzin agrees to refund a portion of the service fee if the vehicle has a major defect not reported in the receiving advertisement under the No Surprise Guarantee. See Conditions.
