On the outside, the car is in good condition. The paint in its "Samoa Blue Metallic" color shows some defects visible in the gallery. The front and rear bumpers are rubbed (see gallery). The plastic strips of the front and rear bumpers show traces of wear (see gallery). The varnish is flaking on the lower part of the body, at the level of the rear wing (see gallery). The other plastics and exterior seals are in good condition, as well as the headlights. The seller indicates that this 325i is free of corrosion, pictures of the underbody are available in the gallery. The hood and the hardtop are in good condition.
The interior is in good condition. The black leather upholstery has no tears or holes but shows very slight traces of wear. The gear knob gusset is torn (see gallery). The steering wheel and the dashboard are in good condition. The on-board instrumentation and electrical equipment are working normally.
The 2.5-liter 6-cylinder developed 192 hp when it left the factory. The seller indicates that the mechanics work normally as well as the 5-speed manual transmission. The engine is fully original. The seller has many invoices visible in the gallery following the mileage of the car.
The car has its 4 original rims in good condition (see gallery). Some of the hubcaps show signs of wear (see gallery). The tires are in good condition. The car brakes normally.
The seller is a private individual located in France at La Possonnière 49170 and accepts visits during the sale. The car will be sold with its French registration, CT, documentation, invoices, logbook and hardtop.

How the auctions work
A bank card is required to bid and a bank imprint is made for a guarantee amount ranging from a minimum of €300 to a maximum of €1000 depending on the amount bid (see Conditions).
The bids rise immediately to the amount entered.
At the end of the sale, the highest bid is automatically validated by the seller if it exceeds his reserve price. However, all the offers made remain valid for 2 working days after the end of the sale and can be accepted at any time during this period.
By bidding, you understand that the Benzin service begins immediately, therefore you expressly waive your right to withdraw from the Benzin service. We do not accept any withdrawal of bids. Any retraction outside the scope of the "No Surprises" guarantee implies the payment of the total service, i.e. 6% (7.2% VAT included) of the amount bid. with a minimum of 330€ TTC (See Conditions).
Visits of the vehicle
Buyers have the opportunity to view the vehicle during the entire sale if the seller accepts viewings. Complete your Benzin profile and use the "Request a visit" function available on the ad.
Payment
At the end of the auction: The winner is automatically charged a service fee of 3% (3.6% VAT excluded) of the final price by credit card (minimum 180€ VAT included).
Within 7 days: Winner must pay the sale price by bank transfer to an escrow account for Secure Payment eligible vehicles or directly to the seller for others.
Delivery
Unless otherwise specified, the buyer is responsible for picking up the vehicle from the seller. Benzin is able to offer you an optional delivery service. You can easily estimate the delivery cost by using the "Delivery" function available on the ad.
No Surprises Guarantee
You are able to cancel the transaction and Benzin agrees to refund a portion of the service fee if the vehicle has a major defect not reported in the Receipt Ad under the No Surprise Guarantee (Secure Payment eligible vehicles only, see Conditions).
