This 1998 BMW 323ti e36 Compact from Switzerland is a second hand car with 120.000km, a mileage that seems fair but cannot be verified. This Compact is currently in Spanish plates but the professional seller will accompany the buyer for the French registration at no extra cost.
Outside, this 323ti is in very good condition. The original green "Farngruen Metallic" paint is in very good condition although showing some scratches and rubbing marks in some places. The bodywork however shows no dents except for 2 slight bumps on the driver's door and one on the right rear wing. The car is free of corrosion. The headlights are in good condition although the right turn signal is subject to condensation.
The interior of this coupe is in good condition. The front leather and heated seats show no tears or holes but do show discoloration on the rubbing areas as well as some ribbing. The rear seat is in good condition as well although it does have some stains. The carpets and rugs are in very good condition. The plastics and interior trim are in excellent condition, showing no scratches or discoloration. The car is equipped with a leather sport steering wheel and functional air conditioning. The rear deck has been modified to accommodate two speakers. All the equipment as well as the on-board instrumentation are said to work properly.
The mechanics of the car is in very good condition. The 6 cylinders 2.5l developed 170hp when it left the factory. The seller indicates that the engine starts well both hot and cold, has a stable idle and seems to have all its power. The engine is sealed. The 5 speed manual transmission also works perfectly, shifting and locking well in all gears.
The car has its 4 original rims with its spare wheel in very good condition. The tires are half worn at the rear and worn at the front. The car is equipped with M-sport suspensions and is said to run perfectly without any abnormal noise. The brakes work normally, although the CT mentions that the front discs are starting to be worn.
The seller is a professional located in France in Charenton-le-pont (94220) and accepts visits during the sale. The car is sold with a 3 months warranty extendable to 6 or 12 months (see conditions with the seller). The registration procedures will be handled by the seller.

How the auctions work
A credit card is required to bid, although nothing is charged at the time. Bids are immediately raised to the amount entered.
Bidding is binding. We do not accept any withdrawal of bidding. Any withdrawal is sanctioned by a fee of 6% of the amount bid with a minimum of 300€ TTC.
Visits of the vehicle

Payment
At the end of the auction: The winner is automatically charged a service fee of 3% of the final price (minimum 150€ VAT included).
Within 15 days: The winner must pay the sales price to the seller. The secure payment by Paycar is free for Benzin buyers. Seller and buyer may agree to use another payment method.
Delivery
Unless otherwise specified, the buyer is responsible for picking up the vehicle from the seller. Benzin is able to offer an optional delivery service, nous contacter.
