This 1982 BMW 323i of French origin is a 3rd hand car with 145,000 km, although the real mileage would be around 245,000 km (see Histovec). The seller indicates that the car is in very good general condition, has a valid Technical Control and has had recent expenses. This 323i was owned from 1982 to 2015 by its first owner.

On the outside, the car is in very good condition. The body has been repainted without its original color 3 years ago, so the paint doesn't show any noticeable defect (see gallery). We will note 2 chips on the hood. Plastics and exterior seals are in good condition, some are new as well as the headlights. The seller indicates that this e21 is free of corrosion.
The interior is in very good condition. The blue leather upholstery has been redone and the carpets have been changed. The steering wheel is in good condition, but the dashboard has some cracks as well as the speedometer. The on-board instrumentation and the electrical equipment are working normally. The glove box lamp is present and the toolbox is complete.
The 2.3-liter 6-cylinder developed 143 hp when it left the factory. The seller indicates that the mechanics work normally as well as the 5-speed manual transmission. A compression test is available in the gallery. It is equipped with a 4.10 axle (not self-locking). The seller has many invoices visible in the gallery, we will note among others that the following parts have been changed:

The car has 4 BBS Mahle 15" rims in very good condition with recent tires. The car brakes normally. The running gear has been rebuilt, we will note among others the change of the silentblocks and the bearings. The suspensions are not original.
The seller is a private individual located in France in Le Havre (76600) and accepts visits during the sale. The car will be sold with its French registration (normal), invoices, manuals and documentation and a favorable CT less than 6 months old.
The original 13 BBS rims, the original axle and springs as well as white optics will be provided for the sale.
The seller wished to define a reserve price.

How the auctions work

At the end of the sale, the highest bid is automatically validated by the seller if it exceeds his reserve price. However, all the offers made remain valid for 2 working days after the end of the sale and can be accepted at any time during this period.

Payment
At the end of the auction: The winner is automatically charged a service fee of 3% (3.6% VAT excluded) of the final price by credit card (minimum 180€ VAT included).
Within 7 days: Winner must pay the sale price by bank transfer to an escrow account.
Delivery
Unless otherwise specified, the buyer is responsible for picking up the vehicle from the seller. Benzin is able to offer you an optional delivery service. No Surprises Guarantee
You are able to cancel the transaction and Benzin agrees to refund a portion of the service fee if the vehicle has a major defect not reported in the receiving advertisement under the No Surprise Guarantee. See Conditions.
