The seller states that the car is in very good overall condition, has a valid MOT and has had recent and regular charges. This 320ci was owned until December 2019 by an Italian. It was then bought last December by its current owner who registered it in France.
On the outside the car is in good condition. The original paint in its black color has only a few visible defects in the gallery. The exterior plastics and seals are in good condition, as are the headlights. The seller indicates that this 320 is free of rust. He also specifies that the car is entirely original on the outside except for the rims.
The interior is in good condition and entirely original. The camel leather upholstery has no tears or holes but shows very slight traces of wear. The steering wheel and the dashboard are in very good condition. Some scratches visible in the gallery are to be noted on the aluminum inserts. The car has 4 Fondmetal rims in very good condition with tires in very good condition. The car brakes normally. The seller indicates that the shocks are in good condition and that there is no play in the steering or the running gear.
The seller is a private individual located in France in Villeurbanne (69100) and accepts visits during the sale. The car is sold with its two keys, a French registration and an Italian technical control less than six months old. The seller undertakes to provide a favorable French technical control for the sale. The seller also has a European certificate of conformity for registration outside France and an Auto-Records report.

How the auctions work
A credit card is required to bid, although nothing is charged at the time. Bids are immediately raised to the amount entered.

Payment
At the end of the auction: The winner is automatically charged a service fee of 3% of the final price (minimum €179 incl. VAT) by credit card.
Within 7 days: The winner must pay the sales price by bank transfer. The payment is secured by our partner Paycar.
Delivery
Unless otherwise specified, the buyer is responsible for picking up the vehicle from the seller. Benzin is able to offer an optional delivery service, nous contacter (specify the vehicle you are interested in and your location).
